4. Pricing and Payment

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect completed purchases.


5. Delivery of Digital Products

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

  • An instant download link, or

  • Access through a customer portal, or

  • An email delivery containing the product

It is your responsibility to ensure:

  • You download products promptly (some links may expire)

We are not responsible for technical issues caused by your hardware, software, or internet connection.


6. Refund Policy

Digital products are typically non-refundable, in accordance with industry standards and Ontario/Canadian consumer protection laws regarding digital goods once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

  • All sales are final.

  • Due to the nature of the digital product, there are no refunds offered.

  • Prices may change at any time. The company offers no price protection, refunds, or adjustments for promotions or reductions.

  • If a product becomes unavailable after purchase but before download, your sole remedy is a refund.

  • If technical issues prevent or unreasonably delay delivery, your sole remedy is a replacement or refund, as determined by the company.

  • The company reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether the company is responsible for any such malfunction or disruption.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Changing your mind after purchase

  • Incompatibility with your software or device (unless clearly caused by us)

  • Not reading product descriptions before purchasing

  • Misunderstanding what the product includes

  • Claims related to personal preference or subjective dissatisfaction

To request a refund (if eligible), contact facelesstravelbabe@outook.com with your order details. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of fraud or misuse.

All Digital Products, branding, website content, images, videos, and materials are protected under Canadian copyright law and intellectual property statutes.
You acknowledge that:
